My products & services
Intuitive Healing and Guidance Packages: Sacred Angelic Reiki, Golden Illumination, Matrix Healing, Luminous Living and Forest Bathing and Therapy events are individualised to the clients needs and how the sessions evolve. No claims of “cure” are made.
Sessions are on Skype or Zoom.

Ordering
Online healing:

Once you have booked your session in my Calendar I will issue you a Paypal invoice for immediate payment.
When your payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order and I also receive notification of your order. A second email is then sent with more information regarding your session and calendar link to book further sessions dependent on the package purchased.

For longer term packages that run for 4-12 weeks, this will likely follow a complementary call, so following that conversation and you decide you want to go ahead, I will send you a Paypal invoice and once funds received, more details about your package with calendar link to book your sessions.

Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy events:
Once a space has been booked and paid for via Paypal, all details will be sent about the event, location and so on.

If I believe you have failed to act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, I reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order. A failure on your part includes not paying for ordered products and fraudulent use of my website and/or sales. I also reserve the right at my discretion to bar certain email addresses and telephone numbers from accessing my website to place orders. I won’t accept orders from customers who I’ve barred, cancelled or suspended without prior consent.

Payment information
I accept PayPal and bank transfers.

Delivery
Response to orders placed by 12pm will receive a response via email on the same day. After this time orders will be sent the following day although you could receive information the same day depending on other client and work commitments.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when I email you with your welcome email and forms to complete.

Contacting me
Please email me with a detailed message along with your contact details. I commit to get back to you within 3 working days.

Prices
The prices on my UK website are in Pound Sterling. The price you see on the website is the price you will be charged.

Prices may change from time to time, but such changes will not affect any order you have already placed, unless, despite my reasonable efforts, some of the services on my website are incorrectly priced. If I discover an error in the price of the service you have ordered I will contact you to inform you of this error and I will give you the option of continuing to purchase the service at the correct price or cancelling your order. I will not process your order until I have your instructions. If I am unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, I will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

VAT
All healing and guidance packages are zero rated for VAT.

Cancelling orders and returns
If you change your mind before we begin our sessions, you have the right to choose between a refund, exchange or a credit note. Please contact me within 7 days of purchase via email: delyth@delythjohnson.co.uk or call me on 07525 715008.  Provided that you have contacted me within this 7 day period and we have not begun working together, I will happily organise a refund. There will be a £10 admin fee to cover Paypal charges.
