Forest therapy &
nature connection

I cannot recommend a day in the forest led by lovely Delyth highly enough.
Time to slow everything right down and connect to yourself through nature.
Time to reflect. To awaken your senses. To be at One with the forest, Mother Nature.
Time to open your eyes. No distractions. No rush. No pressure.
Delyth creates a safe and nurturing space, intuitively she guides you.
The whole experience is just bliss.

Forest Therapy & Nature, Cumbria

There is a part of you that already belongs to the forest.
When you slow down and reconnect with the natural world, something inside begins to settle.
This is the power of Forest Therapy - a space where your true nature can re-emerge with ease.

What is Forest Therapy?

Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), is a sensory practice of slowing down, connecting with nature, and returning to presence.
It gently supports the body, mind, and heart by inviting you to be—without pressure, without expectation.

This practice is grounded in nervous system regulation, presence, and connection.
It’s used worldwide to support emotional and physical wellbeing, including in addiction recovery centres and mental health programmes.

No words are needed.
The forest holds you just as you are.

What You May Experience

Just one session can support you in feeling:

• More grounded, calm, and present
• A release of emotional tension or stress
• Reduced anxiety and rumination
• A shift from ‘doing’ into ‘being’
• Connection with others and with yourself
• A deeper sense of belonging

You may also uncover:

• Your innate creativity
• Your unique essence
• Clarity about what truly matters
• A stronger connection to your intuition
• The quiet voice of your Self

The forest and nature becomes your therapist.

All you need to do is show up, be with it, and let the natural healing begin.

Retreats & Offerings

Invitations include:

Half-day and full-day Forest Therapy retreats
Seasonal group sessions and workshops
Longer immersive retreats (coming 2025)
6 week Forest Therapy Courses for emotional health & wellbeing

These gatherings and courses invite you into a slower rhythm, one that gently supports your nervous system to shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest.
In this space of stillness, your body’s natural healing abilities can begin to awaken.

A single two-hour Forest Bathing session can lower cortisol levels, with effects lasting up to a week.
But over six weeks, the benefits compound supporting your whole self to come into deeper balance, regulation, and healing.

You may begin to feel:

• More calm and grounded
• Greater emotional presence
• Deeper connection with yourself and the natural world

The forest works slowly, gently, just like healing does.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

The more time you spend with the trees, the more you remember your true nature
