The SUN is making His journey back to the Northern hemisphere to bring warmth to Mother Nature and Us too!

To celebrate the Spring Equinox and to honour the Sun's return as we walk into Spring I am delighted to invite you to a SPECIAL Spring Equinox Shinrin Yoku event in one of my most beloved woodlands in Arnside.

Come and welcome the return of the SUN and the beginning of Spring, the sense of renewal, abundance, beauty on Spring Equinox.

Spend time with the woodland slowing down, opening your senses, connecting within and with Others, connection with the Land, with Mother Earth and all living beings.

A restorative practice that creates inner calm, peace, an awakening to the innate Self, ones owns essence and the essence of Mother Earth while also supporting your nervous system to move into regulation.
